Request Commissioners' Court to Adopt the Archive Budget Plan for 2025 in the amount of $254,000.00 as prescribed by the Local Government Code Section 118.025(g).  Ad was placed in the newspaper of local circulation August 14, 2024.

Judge Cude: Hold a public hearing on salaries, expenses, or allowances that are proposed to be increased for Elected County or Precinct Officers of Atascosa County for the 2025 Atascosa County Budget.  The notice was published in the local newspaper for two (2) weeks: August 14, 2024, and August 21, 2024.

Fire Marshal Sanchez: Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning: Approval to adopt an order restricting outdoor burning (burn ban), effective on August 26, 2024 for the period of 60 days (until October 26, 2024) and allow the Fire Marshal to end the Burn Ban without returning to Commissioners Court for approval, when the Fire Marshal determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of the County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning.

Cathy Seiter: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the joint election contracts, if received, between Atascosa County and City of Christine, City of Jourdanton, Jourdanton ISD, Somerset ISD, City of Charotte.

D. Concerning the approval/denial of the changes in the Atascosa County Subdivision Regulations prohibiting the creation of Private Roads in any new development in Atascosa County effective immediately.

E. Concerning the approval/denial of updating §4.3 of the Subdivision Regulations to require that all applications for exceptions to the Subdivision Regulations be approved through Commissioners Court effective immediately. 

F. Concerning the approval/denial of updating the Subdivision Regulations to reflect Atascosa County Rural Development as the point of contact for all development in Atascosa County along with other minor verbiage corrections effective immediately.
