Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning adopting a Resolution Meals on Wheels for the County donation in relation to the Texas Department of Agriculture Texans Feeding Texans: Home Delivered Meal Grant Program and authorize County Judge to sign. The resolution certifies that the county will make the 2025 budgeted donation of $13,000.00 to Meals On Wheels-San Antonio to be used in Atascosa County during the 2025 fiscal year to provide meals to homebound elderly or disabled persons.

Judge Felix Herrera III: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the hotel expenses for the JP 1 Judge and staff to attend the 2024 Education & Technology Seminar hosted by the Texas Justice Court Judges Association. The payment, totaling $1,282.80, would be made from the Technology Fund 010-400-684.

The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.074 to discuss personnel and other matters with the County Attorney's office.
