| Tracy Barrera: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action to consider the acquisition of 36 MegaFi Mobile Kits at a cost of $35,244.00 for installation in Atascosa County Sheriff's vehicles as a replacement for existing hotspots. The installation expenses are projected to be $12,562.56, bringing the total to $47,806.56. Should this be authorized, the expenditure will be allocated to ARPA funds under budget line item 012-487-644. |

Commissioner Perez completed 4 continuing education hours at the 2024 County Administrative Training for County Budgeting on July 24, 2024, at the South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Conference in South Padre, Tx. Commissioner Perez completed 13 continuing education hours at the South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Conference in South Padre, Tx on July 24- July 27, 2024. |

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.074 to discuss personnel and other matters with the County Attorney's office.
