Comm. Riley: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve a 4" inch lay-flat water line for Pillar EFS, LLC. On CR 419 North-Northwest at FM 541 and heading South for 1.48 miles. A check in the amount of $500.00 has been turned into the Atascosa County Treasurers office.

Comm. Riley: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve 1-12" lay-flat line for EOG Resources, Inc on CR 415,416 and 417. For 1.6 miles along ROW. A check in the amount of $1,000.00 has been turned into the Atascosa County Treasurers Office.

Tracy Barrera Discuss and/or take appropriate action to set the salaries, expenses, and allowances for Atascosa County for the budget year beginning January 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2025.

Judge Cude: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve invoice # 1938 from DRG Architects for the professional services rendered pursuant to the agreement for architectural services for the Medical Examiner's building.

Judge Cude: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve invoice #1939 from DRG Architects for architectural services related to the Sheriff's Office Addition using ARPA funds.

Judge Cude: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to establish an Interview Committee for hiring the Human Resources Director and approve advertising the position in the Pleasanton Express Newspaper and on the County website.

Judge Cude: Update and/or take appropriate action concerning Judge, Commissioners, and Other County Elected Officials' training course certifications, record any hours and certificates into Commissioners Court minutes and other documents not related to education needing to be filed in the court records.

Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude completed 12 hours of continuing education on November 20-22, 2024 at the Fall Judicial Education Session in Boerne, Tx.

The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.074 to discuss personnel and other matters with the County Attorney's office.
