2015 Chevrolet Flat Bed - VIN 1GB4KYC8XFF134973 for a trade-in value of $6,000.00.
These trade-ins will go against the purchase of a 2011 Ford F-350 Dump Truck - VIN 1FDRF3GT3BEB58048 for $24,995.00.
The total cost after trade-in of $7,500.00 is $17,495.00.
The items have been taken to the vendor and the new item has been received.  The titles have not been released, pending court approval.

Discuss possible action on the following items concerning the Atascosa County Regional Medical Examiners Office Building project. 

A. Consideration and approval of construction documents 
B. Consideration and authorization to issue construction documents for competitive sealed proposals. 
 
27.
Judge Cude: Update and/or take appropriate action concerning Judges, Commissioners, and Other County Elected Officials' training course certifications, record any hours and certificates into Commissioners Court minutes and other documents not related to education needing to be filed in the court records.

Atascosa County Clerk Theresa Carraso has completed 17.45 hours of continuing education at the 2025 County Clerks Association of Texas Winter Conference.  County Clerk Theresa Carraso has carried over 10.00 hours from 2024. 

Constable Mark Medina Pct. 1 completed 40 hours as Newly Elected Constable at the Sam Houston State University Criminal Justice Center on February 24-28,2025.

Commissioner Riley completed 19 continuing education hours at the 2025 V. G Young School for Commissioners in Bryan, Tx on February 18-20, 2025.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
 
The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 Consultation with Attorney, 551.074 Personnel Matters, and 551.072 Deliberation Regarding Real Property.
1. Deliberate the sale of real property owned by Atascosa County.
2. Discuss legal options to address violation of Atascosa County Personnel Manual Policy Section 5.0 Work Conditions and Hours.
