Judge Cude: Update and/or take appropriate action concerning Judges, Commissioners, and Other County Elected Officials' training course certifications, record any hours and certificates into Commissioners Court minutes and other documents not related to education needing to be filed in the court records.

Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude has completed 12 hours of continuing education hours at the 2025 Probate Academy in Lubbock, Tx. 

Constable Salazar has been issued a Peace Officer License under Chapter 1701, Occupations Code.

The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 Consultation with Attorney, Deliberation regarding real property 551.072.
