Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts and agreements to be approved and/or ratified:
(a) Enter into an agreement with Reliable Tires for the annual Household and Hazardous Waste (HHW) event on 10/10/2026 in an amount not to exceed $2,800 from the CAPCOG Solid Waste Grant Funds (Dockery);
(b) Enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Heart of Texas Auto Theft Task Force (HOTATTF) Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Act (MVCPA) between Burnet County and the County of Coryell, County of McLennan, and County of Williamson for the term of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with funding provided through the MVCPA grant awarded to Burnet County to include an officer into the program from these counties (Wilson); and
(c) Enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Matagorda County and Burnet County for jail services for the term of September 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a per diem rate from Matagorda County for detention services at $85 per man-day;
(d) Enter into a renewal contract with the Tour Texas Content Plan for FY27 in the amount of $4,775 from the Hotel/Motel Tax fund 140-6640-4580 (Wilson);
(e) Enter into a contract with CreativeDecor for Holiday Lighting labor and materials in the amount of $49,750 from the Hotel/Motel Tax fund 140-6640-4500 (Wilson);
(f) Enter into a Contract Labor Agreement with DIJ Construction under Bid No. 26-6100-02 Street Striping Project CR 402, in an amount not to exceed $5,940 from fund 340-6140-4920 (Dockery);
(g) Enter into a Burnet County Tourism Promotion Agreement with the Bertram Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $10,000 from fund 140-6640-4910 (Wilson);
(h) Enter into a Burnet County Tourism Promotion Agreement with the Burnet Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $10,000 from fund 140-6640-4910 (Wilson);
(i) Enter into a Burnet County Tourism Promotion Agreement with the Kingsland Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $10,000 from fund 140-6640-4910 (Wilson);
(j) Enter into a Burnet County Tourism Promotion Agreement with the Lake Buchanan/ Inks Lake Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $5,000 from fund 140-6640-4910 (Wilson);
(k) Enter into a Burnet County Tourism Promotion Agreement with the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $10,000 from fund 140-6640-4910 (Wilson); and
(l) Enter a Third Amendment to Agreement with Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. to add additional area to the dimensions of one of the acquisition properties on the Wirtz Dam Road Project with an increased cost of $1,250 (Dockery).
