Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following grants to be approved and/or ratified:
(a) Accept the FY27 Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TIDC) Improvement Grant for the North Hill Country Regional Defender's Office consisting of the Sustainability Grant in the amount of $1,431,145 with a county match requirement of $572,457.41, and the Temporary Assistance for Rural Programs (TARP) Grant in the amount of $143,114 with no county match required;
(b) Accept the FY27 TIDC Improvement Grant for the North Hill Country Regional Defender's Office Mental Health Attorney in the amount of $145,274 with a county match requirement of $36,318.79; and
(c) Accept the FY27 TIDC Improvement Grant for the North Hill Country Regional Defender's Office Appellate Attorney in the amount of $145,753 with a county match requirement of $36,438.79.
