Subject
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the Burnet County Historic Courthouse:
(a) Aauthorize the County Judge to sign and accept the Texas Historical Commission Courthouse Preservation Program (THCPP) XIV Emergency Grant in the amount of $902,054 with a county match requirement of $379,452; and
(b) Approve a modification to the agreement with Architexas, previously adopted by Commissioners Court on March 11, 2025, for full architectural services in an additional amount not to exceed $206,710, to provide architectural services for the Courthouse Renovation Project.
