Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts and sponsorships, to be funded through the Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund:
(a) Bertram Country Christmas Sponsorship in an amount not to exceed $1,000 from fund 140-6640-4500; and
(b) Burnet Chamber Christmas on the Square sponsorship in an amount not to exceed $1,500 from fund 140-6640-4500.
