Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, ratify, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts or agreements:
(a) Annual renewal of 277 Google Workspace Business Plus Accounts to Burnet County Employees and Elected Officials in an amount not to exceed $62,158.80 from fund 100-5040-4540; OR
(b) Direct the IT Director to work with the Texas Association of Counties CIRA to obtain enterprise Microsoft 365 Accounts for all Burnet County email accounts including Outlook, TEAMS, and storage options within 30 days, in an amount not to exceed $65,000 from fund 100-5040-4540.
