Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following:
(a) Ratify the County Judge's submission of the Outdoor Warning Siren Project Plan to the Texas Water Development Board under Senate Bill 3;
(b) Authorizing Interlocal Agreements with the City of Burnet, City of Granite Shoals, the City of Highland Haven, and the City of Marble Falls; and
(c) Authorizing the County Judge to negotiate Memoranda of Understanding with Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) and the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) related to electrical service and stream access at locations determined by the Water Development Board planning process.
