Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified:
a. Approval for the annual interlocal agreement and order with the City of Horseshoe Bay (Dockery);
b. Approval to accept the FY26 MVCPA grant for the Heart of Texas Auto Task Force;
c. Approval to apply and sign a resolution to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for the FY26 Indigent Defense Improvement Program Technology Grant; and
d. Approval for Burnet County to apply and execute all related documents for the FY26 SB22 Rural Law Enforcement Grant Program for the County Sheriff's, County Attorneys', and District Attorneys' Offices. (Wilson/ Arredondo/ Thomas)
