Subject
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approval to apply for the Ladd and Katherine Hancher Library Foundation grants for Spicewood Library. The application will be for seven (7) computers, seven (7) monitors, and one (1) printer with tray. This would replace the grant approved in commissioners court on 3/25/25;
b. Authorizing the Burnet County Judge to accept allocation, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions for the FY26 9-1-1 GIS funding and contract from the Capital Area Emergency Communications District in the amount of $128,240.76, which will go from 10/1/25-09/30/26;
c. Approval for Burnet County to sign and execute all necessary documents and actions for the resolution by the Texas Indigent Defense Commission for FY 2026-2027 Indigent Defense Improvement Grant for Temporary Subsidy of County Contribution - no match required; and
d. Approval for Burnet County to sign and execute all necessary documents and actions for the Interlocal Agreement between the County of Burnet, Texas and Texas Division of Emergency Management to accept the operation of the debris site.
