Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to accept the renewal agreement for Animal Shelter/ Adoption Center Agreement between Hill Country Humane Society and Burnet County in an amount not to exceed $105,0000;
b. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to enter a contract with Llano County to provide Vetride Services to Llano County residents in an amount for the services not to exceed $16,500;
c. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to enter a contract with American Structurepoint, Inc for professional engineering services related to the coordination of transportation planning efforts and the development of a Transportation Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan and Program (CIPP) in an amount not to exceed $135,435;
d. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to accept the proposal from East Texas Mack Buy Back Program for an additional 2026 Mack GR64F dump truck for Road & Bridge Pct 3 in an amount not to exceed $24,821.583;
e. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to accept the proposal from Cadence Bank to finance one (1) 2026 Mack GR64f Dump Truck for Road & Bridge Pct 3 in an amount not to exceed $24,821.83;
f.  Approve, sign, and execute all actions to extend services with Levy Dykema at 127 E Jackson St through January 31, 2026 in an amount not to exceed $3,000;
g. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to approve the Burnet County Sheriff's Office to apply for the FY26 Bullet-Resistant Components for Law Enforcement Vehicles Grant; 
h. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to amend the Tyler Technologies Contract to expand the Burnet County Sheriff's Office to include NetMotion Mobility in an amount not to exceed $5,280; and
i. Approve, sign, and execute all actions to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between the Heart of Texas Task Force and Burnet County, the Administrative County, and the McLennan County Sheriff's Office.
