Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions for an Interlocal Cooperation contract and adopt an Order with the City of Burnet, and accept on behalf of the Herman Brown Free Library utility credits in an amount not to exceed $13,175 and a contribution in an amount not to exceed $7,500 (Beierle);
b. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter into a contract with Johnson Controls for an annual inspection of fire alarms and sprinkler systems in Burnet County buildings, in an amount not to exceed $4,191.37 (Wilson); 
c. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement and adopt an Order with the City of Meadowlakes to assist the City with application of hot mix asphalt near the golf cart storage area of the City in an amount not to exceed $15,000 (Dockery); and
d. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Contract and adopt an Order for FY26 with Burnet County ESD 8 to assist with a Hotmix Overlay on the Helo-Pad of the ESD 8 fire station in Briggs in an amount not to exceed $15,000 (Beierle).
