Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding appointments for committees and boards:
a. The reappointment of Sharon Barelay, Bill Proffer, and Felecia Sanchez to the Emergency Services District #2 (ESD) board (Luther);
b. The reappointment of Bucky Brady to the Emergency Services District #3 (ESD) board (Luther); and
c. The reappointment of County Judge Bryan Wilson and Commissioner Joe Don Dockery to the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) and approval to pay the CAPCOG membership fees in an amount not to exceed $2,786.10 (Wilson).
