Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to sponsor the March 20-21, 2026 Bluebonnet Airshow in an amount not to exceed $3,000;
b. Approve and execute all appropriate actions for the Amendment Agreement for Burnet County Annex Renovation/ Expansion with J. Poole Construction through February 28, 2026;
c. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to extend the Additional Services Authorization with Levy Dykema through February 28, 2026, for an additional amount of $1,000;
d. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to apply for the TexTreasures grant in the amount not to exceed $10,000, for the purpose of supplies and equipment to support the preservation of Burnet County History housed in the library genealogy center; 
e. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to enter into a General and No Litigation Certificate of Burnet County agreement with Capital Area Finance Corporation (CAHFC) regarding Tax Exempt Obligations;
f. Approve and execute all appropriate actions to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Texas Division of Emergency Management for the State of Texas Emergency Management Assistance Teams (TEMAT) program.
