Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on spending county funds via available tax note 722 funding to conduct of survey of property currently owned by Mrs. Paula Landers along CR 223 which is intended to be donated to Burnet County by gift deed.  Such donation would serve a public purpose providing county ownership to the land on this specific portion of CR 223.
