Subject

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions for grant #5409501 for the State and Local Cybersecurity Program in the amount of $10,000 with a match requirement from Burnet County in an amount not to exceed $2,500;
b.  Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to apply for the Rural Ambulance Service Grant Program HB3000 in an amount not to exceed $350,000;
c.  Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to sponsor Kingsland Aquaboom in an amount not to exceed $2,000;
d. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to sponsor Music on Main - Spring Series in an amount not to exceed $500;
e. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter into the Operating Agreement for Western Region Radio System Agreement;
f. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter into the Grant Agreement and Authorized Representative Resolution for the Texas Water Development Board grant regarding installation of an outdoor warning siren system; 
g. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to enter into the Motorola Solutions Service Agreement in an amount not to exceed $57,767.28; 
h. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to accept the FY27 Women's Victim Advocate grant in the amount of $58,647 with a match requirement from Burnet County in an amount not to exceed $25,136; and
i. Approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions to accept the FY26 Cybersecurity Workforce Development grant in the amount of $10,601.50 with a match requirement from Burnet County in an amount not to exceed $5,302.
