Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified: (Wilson)
a. An agreement with Constable Precinct 4 and CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) for the Net Motion License in an amount not to exceed $2,736;
b. A Motorola Solutions Service Agreement for service dates 10/01/2025 through 06/01/2026 in an amount not to exceed $22,312.30;
c. Select and enter a contract with a vending machine service (Jason Steffan Vending Machine Products or Big Town Vending) providing a 5% commission to Burnet County for machines placed in County facilities; 
d. Select and enter a contract between Burnet County Tourism Department and a data software service (Datafy, Placer AI, or Zartico) in an amount not to exceed $27,150;
e. Approval to sign a resolution and apply for the FY27 Rifle-Resistant Body Armor Grant Program for the Burnet County Sheriff's Office that has a no-match requirement;
f. Enter an agreement for a subscription between Burnet County Technologies Department and Virtru and SADA Systems in an amount not to exceed $4,308.18; 
f. To sponsor Spicewood Live in an amount not to exceed $1,000;
g. To sponsor Spider Mountain Downhill Series in an amount not to exceed $1,000;
h. To sponsor Wakepoint Open 2026 in an amount not to exceed $2,500; and
i. To sponsor the Cottonwood Shores Fresh Air Fridays/ Coffee & Cars in an amount not to exceed $1,500.
