Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Burnet County Commissioners Court to sign and submit a letter of support to Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in response to the current Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) call for projects, for potential funding of the following transportation projects: (Wilson)
a. State Highway (SH) 29 from Lenhe Road to FM 1174, to complete the gap on SH 29 and upgrade the corridor to a five-lane section with a center turn lane and wide shoulders;
b. SH 71 from Spur 191 to CR 401, to complete the remainder of SH 71 upgrades needed to match the five-lane sections to the east and currently under construction at CR 401; and
c. US 281 from RM 1855 to Park Road 4, to upgrade the existing four-lane undivided facility to a 5-lane section with 10-foot shoulders.
