Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following for the Burnet County Historical Courthouse: (Wilson)
a. The planning grant application to the Texas Historical Commission for the Burnet County Courthouse, based on an estimated construction cost of $8,971,544, the court must select one of the following options:

i. Option 1: Rehabilitation — Keeping 1974 addition (work on 1974 portions will more than likely be ineligible costs through THC or detract from competitive scoring). County share for planning grant: $496,236
ii. Option 2: Restoration with Basement — Remove 1974 addition but keep and extend basement (basement costs would be ineligible through THC). County share for planning grant: $913,366, or
iii. Option 3: Full Restoration — Remove all additions (1974 above and below grade) and return to 1937 CH. County share for planning grant: $446,236
