Subject
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts and agreements to be approved and/or ratified:
(a) A General and No Litigation Certificate of Burnet County for Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation Tax-Exempt Obligations regarding the Redwood Apartments;
(a) A General and No Litigation Certificate of Burnet County for Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation Tax-Exempt Obligations regarding the Redwood Apartments;
(b) Intergovernmental Agreement with the Department of Justice United States Marshals Service Prisoner Operations Division for housing, safekeeping, subsistence, and care of Federal prisoners; and
(c) Agreement between Guardian RFID and the Burnet County Jail for a Command Cloud Subscription in an amount not to exceed $33,100.31.
