Discuss, Consider and take appropriate action concerning Request for Qualifications (RFQs):
(a) Designate the best qualified vendors in rank order for all vendors submitting qualifications in response to RFQ 26-4460-02.
(a) Designate the best qualified vendors in rank order for all vendors submitting qualifications in response to RFQ 26-4460-02.
(b) Authorize the Burnet County Judge to enter into negotiations with the identified best qualified vendor to inventory, assess, gather public input, and develop land use planning recommendations regarding Burnet County's historical buildings, historical sites, and undeveloped land holdings in an amount not to exceed $50,000 from the Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund. The assessment shall include condition inspection and documentation for all structures. If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated with the most highly qualified vendor, the Burnet County Judge will formally end negotiations and enter into negotiations with the next most highly qualified provider. Any negotiated contract to be approved by the Burnet County Commissioners Court.
