Subject
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve, sign, and execute all necessary documents and actions regarding the following contracts or agreements to be approved and/or ratified:
(a) Enter into an updated Memorandum of Understanding with the Friends of the Spicewood Library;
(b) Enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Oakalla Community Center Inc for use of Burnet County owned building;
(c) Enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement — Driver for Veterans' Transportation between Burnet County and Laura Ann Hoskins;
(d) Enter into a Second Amendment to Agreement with Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. to revise the method of compensation structure from a milestone-based schedule to an hourly billing structure for the Wirtz Dam Project, in an amount not to exceed $447,250;
(e) Enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Burnet for Facility Rental Application and Agreement for the September 9, 2026 Burnet County Employee Health Fair;
(f) Enter into a contract for Home and Community-Based Services for Counties Affected by July 4, 2025, Disaster Declaration with Capital Area Council of Governments for compensation to Burnet County in an amount up to $25,000 for 625 emergency preparedness kits and $7,500 for outreach and administration expenses;
(g) Enter into a Peace Officer Training Reimbursement Agreement with Cadet Daniel Hernandez, in an amount to not exceed $30,419.96; and
(h) Enter into a Peace Officer Training Reimbursement Agreement with Cadet David Moran, in an amount to not exceed $30,419.96.
