Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the County Jail Overtime Pay and Fuel:
(a) Suspend Burnet County Budget Policy to transfer up to $40,935 from the following funds:

(b) Approve inter line item transfer of $5,935 from Longevity Pay, fund 270-5120-1100, and $30,000 from DEP/CO's, fund 270-5120-1058 to Overtime, fund 270-5120-1990;
(c) Approve inter line item transfer of $5,000 from Phone, fund 270-5120-4200, to Fuel, fund 270-5120-3310.
