Subject
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the need for an assessment for county road pavement conditions/road assessments:
(a) Authorization to the county purchasing agent to seek quotes for county road pavement conditions/road assessment in an amount not to exceed $50,000;
(b) Approval of a line-item transfer of $50,000 from 300-6100-5100 to 300-6100-4010 to cover anticipated expense of assessment; and
(c) Authorize each county commissioner to designate up to 30 miles of county roadway per precinct for assessment and notify the county purchaser prior to seeking quotes.
