Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 (b), any person may make comment on any item appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the Commissioners Court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Discussion and/or action regarding  the appointment of Felicia Sanchez to ESD #2 (Luther)

Discussion and/or action regarding the approval to enter the private property of Wayne Wall at the SW corner of CR 408N and CR 404 to remove brush to improve driver visibility and public safety, therefore serving a public purpose (Dockery)

Discussion and/or action regarding a survey for Oakalla Community Center/ Volunteer Fire Department land (Oakley)

Discussion and//or action regarding the approval to accept and sign the statement of grant award for Texas Indigent Defense Commission for FY2024 Indigent Defense Improvement Grant for an additional Social Worker for the North Hill Country Public Defender's Office.  The amount of grant is $75,090.00 with a match shared by Burnet, Blanco, and Llano counties of $15,018.00.  The grant period is 1/1/24 - 9/30/24 (Oakley)

b.  Approval to sign the Information Sharing Agreement with Homeland Security (DHS)/ federal Emergency Management (FEMA) for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for grant to update the Hazard Mitigation Plan through Texas Department of Emergency Management
