Discussion and/or action regarding an order to cancel lot 52, Thomas Ranch, Section 1 (Dockery)

Discussion and/or action regarding the final plat for Frers Subdivision, a private subdivision consisting of 2 lots on 1.752 acres, located at 136 Mountain View Circle (Luther)

Executive Session. Discussion with Burnet County Commissioner's Court and the County Civil Attorney(s) and/or the County Attorney in accordance with Texas Government Codes 551.071. a.  MOU between Burnet County and the Friends of Herman Brown Free Library 
b.  Acceptance of a quote for a new contract with TimeClockPlus for cloud based services
d.  Adoption of an MOU with the State Wide Interoperability Coordinator (SWIC)
e.  Approve and sign Reliable Tire Agreement for the tire trailer for the BOPATE scheduled for April 21, 2024
f.  Ratify the approval to apply, and sign the resolution Replacement of Outdated Core Switches Project for FY25 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program - Mitigation Projects, FY 25.  This replaces application #5148601 because of an incorrect funding program.
g.  Approve and sign the resolution adding the matching funds clause for the Burnet County LEO Mental Health Deputy and Counseling Services Project for FY25 Victim Assistance, First Responder Program
h.  Sponsorship Application from Burnet Community Coalition for Jackson Street Jams to be paid for by Hotel/Motel tax
i.  Adopt a budget for the Rural Law Enforcement Grant (SB22)
j.  Camera Service agreement with the Flock Group

The following items are part of the Consent Agenda and require no deliberation by the Commissioner's Court. Any item from this agenda may be considered separately:

  2. Consideration and approval concerning budget amendments.

  4. Consideration and authorization of payment of claims previously approved by the County Auditor.
