a. Approval to apply for the Texas State Library Archives Commission Family Place Library grant for equipment and supplies for the children's library area and Parent-Child Workshop, consultant fees for medical, Community Resource Center, WIC, CHIP, ECI, and children's counselor and behaviors specialist for the Parent-Child Workshops, and travel to Cedar Park for the required TSLAC training on the family place library
b. Approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Bertram for a part-time library employee
c. Acknowledgment of the executed contract for CR 114 paving project with Ashphalt, Inc., LLC dba Lone Star Paving Company
d. Approval to apply and sign the resolution for the FY2025 Formula Grant for Indigent Defense Grant Program from Texas Indigent Defense Commission
