Discussion and/or action concerning accepting the donation, via probated Will, of four tracts of land totaling approximately 800 acres in the vicinity of the intersection of Hwy. 29 West and FM 2341. Property is known as the Hattie & Laymond Parks Ranch and the Estate of Donna Parks and Doris Parks Gonzales. Property has a stated value from a written broker's opinion of $17,200,000.00 (Oakley)

Discussion and/or action concerning forming a committee to discuss options for holiday leave for the Sheriff's Office patrol, dispatch and jail staff for the next fiscal year. To include resolving the current issue with the abundance of hours on the books for Sheriff's Office employees and addressing new policy to eliminate issues in the future (Beierle)

Discussion and/or action regarding appointment of public member(s) to the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 advisory committee and the appointment of a chair person to the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 advisory committee. Said advisory committee is assigned the task of making a recommendation to the Burnet County Commissioners Court for the appointment of the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 position. Final determination shall be made by the Burnet County Commissioners court thereafter (Dockery)
