Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 (b), any person may make comment on any item appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the Commissioners Court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Discussion and/or action regarding a request by Burnet County to the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), to conduct a public hearing regarding the application by Asphalt, Inc., for a permit under the Highland Lakes Watershed Ordinance for an aggregate processing plant and quarry near Inks Lake (Beierle/Luther)

Discussion and/or action regarding an updated resignation letter from Burnet County Justice of the Peace Precinct #4 Debbie Bindseil requesting acceptance of resignation to be changed from midnight, February 8, 2025, to 3:59 p.m. on February 7, 2025, in order to effect a smoother transition for the swearing in of Hon. Frank Reilly. Any amendment must be subject to the ability to modify the bond of office to be issued by the Galloway Insurance company. Beierle/Bindseil)

Discussion and/or action regarding modifying the effective date and time of the appointment of Frank Reilly as the Burnet County Justice of the Peace Precinct #4 from midnight on February 8, 2025 to 4:00 p.m. on February 7, 2025.
