A. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
(1) The Commissioners Court of Burnet County reserves the right to go into executive session as authorized under 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (Attorney Consulation) in order to consult with legal counsel regarding law on the selection of an official by a commissioners court.
(2) The Burnet County Commissioners Court reserves the right to go into executive session as authorized under 551.074 of the Texas Government Code (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the appointment of a Burnet County Judge.
