Our Mission Statement: The mission of Burnet County is to maintain overall efficient and effective management of county resources while providing the  services mandated by state and federal law and desired by the citizens of Burnet County.

Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 (b), any person may make comment on any item appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the Commissioners Court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Presentation and discussion from the Hill Country Alliance relating to proposed Covenants and Restrictions for new subdivisions related to landscaping, water use, and other subdivision related topics (Dockery)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding honoring Sheriff, W.T. Smith and his life and dedication to Burnet County (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the temporary suspension of Burnet County Budget Policy related to transferring funds from the salary line item to the road equipment line item for the Sheriff's Office budget and maintenance supplies for the Jail Budgets. (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding contracts, agreements or grants to be approved and/or ratified:
a. Contract for delinquent court fines and fees assessed by the JP Courts #1-#4, and between Burnet County and Mcreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C.
b. Consideration for approval of agreement between Burnet County Constable Pct. #4 Missy Bindseil, and TXLESO to participate in loan and purchase of excess Department of Defense equipment for county use
c. Ratify the submission of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission grant application for an additional privacy pod, previously submitted by Grant Manager, Jana Teague on behalf of Mary Seaman, due to the application deadline of April 28, 2025, and authorize the County Judge to sign the TSLAC Application Certification required.
d. Extension of the depository contract with Llano National Bank 
e. Levy Dykema additional services authorization
f. Approval of the Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP Sourcewell Contract #030421-JHN Proposal to upgrade the Simplex 4010 fire alarm control panel (FACP) to Simplex 4010ES at the Burnet County Annex in an amount not to exceed $19,258.73
g. Accept, approve, and sign the agreement with a new vendor, SylogistGov, Inc. for FY25 Statewide Automated Victim Notification Services (SAVNS) maintenance. 
h. Approval of the DIR-CPO-5221 Interpretation & Translation Contract Solutions
i. Approval of the Planned Maintenance Agreement with Clifford Power in an amount not to exceed $6,594.00 for coverage dates 6/1/2025-5/31/2026
j. Approval to sign the District Attorney Agreements required for the FY 2025 Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority Grant Program for the Heart of Texas Auto Theft Task Force for September 1, 2023- August 31, 2024
