An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007, the commissioners court allows any person to make comment on any item appearing on the agenda, however in this section of public comment any person may make comment on items not posted on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County. (Wilson)

Settlement for the State of Texas is calculated to be $286,579,921.29 of which Burnet County's allocation shall be dependent upon the state's distribution agreement with its subdivisions. Potential action to include authorizing the Burnet County Judge to sign applicable subdivision participation and release documents. (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following for the County Court at Law's Official Court Reporter's FY25 compensation to be in compliance with the Texas Government Code 252.0929(j). Payment of back pay of 1,840 hours at the difference of actual payment of salary $83,050.24 ($45.1360 per hour) and corrected amount of salary $101,730.84 ($55.2885 per hour), which equals $18,680.60. Final three (3) payroll checks will be issued at the corrected rate of $55.2885 per hour. (Wilson)
