An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, County Clerk, County Tax Assessor-Collector, and the County Chair of each political party that made nominations by primary elections for the last general election of state and county officers preceding the date of the meeting at least four (4) days preceding the meeting. The agenda packet is also posted on the county website at www.burnetcountytexas.org, under Public Meetings. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available in the County Clerk's office. Closed Session: Pursuant to Section 551.074, Texas Government Code - To discuss and deliberate about officers and employees of the government body relating to the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, to wit: Elections Administrator. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding requesting commissioners court to allow the current Elections Administrator to become an assistant for a period of up to 60 days. (Wilson)

The Elections Commission reserves the right to adjourn into Closed Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matters as authorized by the Texas Government Code including, but not limited to, Sections: 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) 551.074 (Deliberations regarding Personnel Matters).
