Call to Order

Innvocation and Pledge of Allegiance to the Flags

Discuss and consider the Bell County East - Big Hill 765 kV Transmission Line: (Wilson)

391 Commission Update
Discuss community alliance within Burnet County and actions driven by the community include:
1. Any accomplishments since last meeting;
2. Establishment of formal structures (Non-Profit, Corporations, etc.);
3. Coordinated meetings;
4. Outreach/ coordination to others within the Big Hill to Belton East region;
5. Outreach/ coordination in other line regions;
Discuss law firms willing to coordinate representation with funding driven by the community; and
Impact of legislators or opportunity to provide information.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 551.041 of the Texas Government code, that members of the Burnet County Commissioner's Court will attend a workshop at the above location, date and time.

Although a majority of the Commissioners Court may be present and County business will be discussed, there will be no action taken on any matters in this open meeting/public gathering and no record will be made or kept.
