Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.007 and the Burnet County Commissioners Court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. Public comment for items listed on this agenda will be heard when the agenda item is called.

(a) Discuss confidential attorney-client legal matters, litigation and other legal matters pertaining to Burnet County's response to the Public Utility Commission of Texas Docket 59475, Application of Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC ("Oncor") to Amend Its Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) for the Dinosaur Switch-Longshore Switch Transmission Line Project in Bordon, Bosque, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Comanche, Eastland, Erath, Glasscock, Hamilton, Hood, Howard, Jones, Mitchell, Nolen, Runnels. Shackelford, Somervell, Stephens, Sterling, and Taylor Counties.

(a) Accept the contract with Brinkley, Sargent, Wiginton Architects (BSW) in an amount not to exceed $75,000, excluding fees for traveling;
(b) Appoint a Burnet County Steering Committee led by Commissioner Damon Beierle to provide guidance to BSW in development and review of the Facilities Master Plan to include the following:
(a) Accept the contract with Brinkley, Sargent, Wiginton Architects (BSW) in an amount not to exceed $75,000, excluding fees for traveling;
(b) Appoint a Burnet County Steering Committee led by Commissioner Damon Beierle to provide guidance to BSW in development and review of the Facilities Master Plan to include the following:
(i) Calvin Boyd - Burnet County Sheriff;
(ii) DeAnne Fisher - Burnet County Tax Assessor/ Collector;
(iii) Allen Garrett - 33rd District Court Judge;
(iv) Jane Marie Hurst - Burnet County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3; and
(v) Michelle Moore - Chief Public Defender; and
(c) Approve additional funding in the amount not exceed $10,000 for BSW travel from fund 100-4090-4010.
