Judge Oakley called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and noted Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall is absent.

Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery gave the invocation.

The court heard citizen input on TxDOT Projects.

Judge Oakley recognized State Representative Terry Wilson and Andi Ball with Congressman Roger William's Office, were in attendance.

Judge Oakley updated the court on CAMPO funding and what the County is doing to help with the road systems in Burnet County. Judge Oakley also introduced Terry McCoy, TxDOT District Engineer, Kathy Kratz, TxDOT Area Engineer, and Jason Cavness, TxDOT. 

Judge Oakley stated Burnet County is requesting funding from CAMPO in the amount of 60-70 million dollars.

Terry McCoy, TxDOT District Engineer, stated to the court he represents 11 Counties and 10,000 lane miles. Mr. McCoy spoke about funding constraints and turn lanes and new speed limit testing.

Sheriff Calvin Boyd addressed the court in reference to enforcement and STEP Grant funding.

Chief Wilson, Bertram Police Department, stated to the court that Bertram P.D. concentrates on traffic enforcement.

Capt. Chris Jett stated to the court after Tyler RMS is fully implemented the Sheriffs Office will no longer need Copsync.
