County of Burnet {} On this the 21st day of March, 2018, the Burnet County Commissioners Court met in Special Session. The following members of the court were present:

Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, stated to the court there will be a CAMPO Open House in Marble Falls on April 2, 2018 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. concerning the 2019-2022 TIP.

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve for JP #1 to spend funds from the JP#1 Time Payment Fee Fund for 3 Master Vision Bulletin Boards in the amount of $124.98

ESD #8 Board Resignation and Appointment
Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Russell Graeter, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall to accept the resignation of Roberta Eacott and appoint Tenille Dunning to the ESD #8 Board.

Judge Oakley presented Richard Gumbert, Maintenance Director, recommendation of Equipment Depot for a Boom lift.
Motion is made by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to accept a bid from Equipment Depot for a 65 foot Boom lift with warranty in the amount of $46,900.

Carole Poppema, Asst. Auditor, clarified item E included two hand checks to the City of Burnet from Precinct #1 for the purchase of 2 used dump trucks. After further discussion, another hand check will be cut for CitiBank.
