Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, stated to the court there will be a CAMPO Open House in Marble Falls on April 2, 2018 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. concerning the 2019-2022 TIP.
 

The court discussed approval for JP #1 to spend funds from the JP#1 Time Payment Fee Fund for 3 Master Vision Bulletin Boards.

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve for JP #1 to spend funds from the JP#1 Time Payment Fee Fund for 3 Master Vision Bulletin Boards in the amount of $124.98

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously

No action was taken.

The court discussed the release of maintenance portion of Cash Bond #15-12-1, in the amount of $4,908.60 for Buckhill Estates to David Carpenter.

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Russell Graeter, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve the release of maintenance portion of Cash Bond #15-12-1, in the amount of $4,908.60 for Buckhill Estates to David Carpenter.

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously

The court discussed the approval of the 2018 Meadowlakes inter local agreement and adoption of the order of the court.

Motion was made by County Judge James Oakley, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall to approve the 2018 Meadowlakes inter local agreement and adoption of the order of the court.

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously

The court discussed the resignation a Board member and appointment of the same to ESD #8.

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Russell Graeter, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall to accept the resignation of Roberta Eacott and appoint Tenille Dunning to the ESD #8 Board.

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously

The court discussed going out for bids for a haul truck for Pct. #2.

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Russell Graeter, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall to approve Pct. #2 to call for bids for a haul truck.

The court discussed approval of TAC-Risk Management Pool Property/Mobile Equipment/Crime Renewal for the period 7/1/18 – 7/1/19

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve the TAC-Risk Management Pool Property/Mobile Equipment/Crime Renewal for the period 7/1/18 – 7/1/19.

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously

Judge Oakley presented Richard Gumbert, Maintenance Director, recommendation of Equipment Depot for a Boom lift.

Motion is made by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to accept a bid from Equipment Depot for a 65 foot Boom lift with warranty in the amount of $46,900.

Carole Poppema, Asst. Auditor, clarified item E included two hand checks to the City of Burnet from Precinct #1 for the purchase of 2 used dump trucks. After further discussion, another hand check will be cut for CitiBank.

Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr., Seconded by: County Judge James Oakley to approve the Consent Agenda in its entirety including the three additional hand checks.
