The court lead the pledge to the United States and Texas Flags.

The court discussed the release of Subdivision Construction Bond #0726109, in the amount of $522,474.11 and the acceptance of Subdivision Maintenance Bond #0726109-M, in the amount of $78,371.11, for The Meadows at Bluebonnet Hill, a private subdivision.

Herb Darling, Development Services, presented the requests to the court and a statement of completion.

The court discussed placing a Burn Ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County.

Herb Darling, Development Services, stated the KBDI is currently around 192 and some surrounding counties have enacted burn bans.

Herb Darling, Environmental Services, stated his office is very busy.

Kelly Tarla and Linda Wells, AgriLife Extension Office, updated the court on programs, outreach programs in Burnet County and annual achievement reports.

The court discussed Burnet County joining ATX Floods.

Matt Porcher, Austin Watershed Department, spoke on behalf of ATX Floods website. This website is at no cost to the County or residents. Mr. Porcher stated a phone app will be coming soon.

Judge Oakley stated this is a website and app that Burnet County and the Sheriff's Office can keep the data up to date concerning low water crossings.

Karen Hardin, County Auditor, presented interlocal agreements with City of Highland Haven and City of Granite Shoals.

Karen Hardin, County Auditor, added bids for cleaning the courthouse floors.

Motion is made by: County Judge James Oakley, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to accept the proposal from Christian Care Cleaning and Janitorial Services in the amount of $5,526.00 for stripping, waxing and sealing the floors in the Courthouse.
