The court discussed Adopting a Resolution and contract designating an administration service provider to complete application and project-related management services for the Texas Department of Agriculture’s 2019 TxCDBG Disaster Relief fund.
Karen Hardin, County Services Director, updated the court on the process of procuring a service provider. Ms. Hardin, Joe Don Dockery, Commissioner Precinct 4, and Jim Luther Jr., Commissioner Precint 1, have concluded that Langford Community Management Services will be the Adminstrator for the TxCDGB Disaster Relief Fund at the Granite Shoals location. The Resolution will be presented at the next court. Ms. Hardin also noted that there would be a public hearing held at 5:05 PM on 1/22/2019 at the Burnet County Courthouse so that the public could attend to ask questions or provide input. Ms. Hardin also summarized the process for the attendees of this court.
