James Oakley, County Judge, presented the Amended Work Order 18.1396.1b which added two miles of improvements to CR 340.
Motion is made by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery to approve Work Order 18-139.1b for County Road 340.
Vote: 5 - 0 Passed - Unanimously

Contracts, Agreements, Grants
The court discussed contracts and agreements. Karen Hardin, County Services Director presented the agreement with disaster debris monitoring with True North and an agreement with Texas Disposal Systems Inc. for debris removal. The court is voting to ratify the agreement with Texas Disposal Systems Inc.
Motion is made by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to adopt the contract with True North and to ratify the agreement with Texas Disposal Systems, Inc.
Vote: 5 - 0 Passed - Unanimously
