Department Updates
Herb Darling, Environmental Service Director, reported to the court the Subdivision order and OSSF order has been updated and posted on line.
Karrie Crownover, County Treasurer, presented the March 2019 Treasurer's report. Mrs. Crownover reported the county received a VetRide donation in the amount of $1,607.47.
James Oakley, County Judge, reported Burnet County is hosting a media tour.

Joe Don Dockery, Commissioner Precinct 4, presented to the court the bids for construction of County Road 403, 404, and 423. K.C. Engineering, Inc. has reviewed and tabulated three bids received March 19, 2019. Mr. Dockery chose the low bid from Texas Materials Inc.,. Mr. Dockery asked to use the residual funds from the 2016 tax notes and 2018 tax notes. James Oakley, County Judge, saw the request as a lateral move.

Damon Beierle, Commissioner Precinct 2, updated the court that ESD 8 and Briggs Volunteer Fire Department are involved in law suit to collect equipment, this suit does not involve Burnet County or assets of Burnet County.
James Oakley, County Judge, reported Burnet County has entered into a Contract with David Floyd Construction on the recycle building.
