The court discussed a Resolution thanking former Texas Department of Family and Protective Services’ caseworker supervisor Dorinda Duzan for years of service to the children of Burnet County.

Becky Lane, County Attorney from Llano County thanked Dorinda Duzan for being such a great leader. 

Cheryl Mabry, Judge of CPS Court, thanked Dorinda for always having the children's best interest at heart.

Theresa Greenberg thanked Dorinda Duzan for all the years of work and dedication for the children.

Stephanie McCormick, Collections Supervisor, reported the State will no longer require mandatory collections programs, but there are statutory requirements for collections of fines and fees.  Time payment fee is set at $15.00.

Joe Don Dockery, Commissioner Precinct 4, reported this limited Burnet County BOPATE event will cost about $15,000.00 and Central Texas Groundwater District has funds available to assist with the event.

The court discussed holding the event on October 26, 2019 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Burnet County Recycle and Reuse Building.
