Judge Roxanne Nelson Bluebonnet Trails Board of Trustees
Motion is made by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall, Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle to approve the reappointment of Judge Roxanne Nelson to the Bluebonnet Trails Board of Trustees.

Abandonment of a parcel of land
Colleen Davis, Assistant County Attorney, recommended to approve a quick claim deed to release any responsibility the county may have.
Thomas Watts is requesting for the county to abandon the property. At this time, the court will approve the quick claim deed only. Eddie Arredondo, County Attorney, will meet with the Title Company attorney and bring this item back to the Commissioner Court.

Marisa Canales with Cuplin Associates presented the replat to the court.

Ed Moore presented the preliminary plat to the court.
