James Oakley, County Judge, called the meeting to order at 9 am.

Damon Beierle, Commissioner Precinct 2, led the court in Invocation and the court led the Pledges to the U.S. and Texas Flags.

Lynn Ellis and William Price spoke of their concerns regarding Reville Peak Ranch.

The court presented the Burnet County Historical Commission for the Distinguished Service Award for 2018.

Jo Ann Meyers, Historical Commission, explained the award and what all the Historical Commission does for our County.

Lela Gore complimented what an awesome job Jo Ann Meyers is doing.

The court discussed the reappointment of Judge Roxanne Nelson to the Bluebonnet Trails Board of Trustees.

The court discussed abandonment of a parcel of land known as Road E in White Rock Ranch; a recorded subdivision located in Pct. 2.

Colleen Davis, Assistant County Attorney, recommended to approve a quick claim deed to release any responsibility the county may have.  

Thomas Watts is requesting for the county to abandon the property.  At this time, the court will approve the quick claim deed only.  Eddie Arredondo, County Attorney, will meet with the Title Company attorney and bring this item back to the Commissioner Court.

Joe Don Dockery, Commissioner Precinct 4, and Jana Teague, Assistant Auditor, discussed the TDA grant and FEMA.

Judge Oakley, County Judge, discussed the Recycle Center and our upcoming next pobate event.

James Oakley, County Judge, requested to add the Public Hearing concerning the Appraisal District's proposed 2020 budget and the Trapper report activity during October 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019 to Acknowledgement of Receipt item.
