4. Discussion and/or action regarding approval to utilize county manpower and equipment on the private property of James Ellett in the area of CR 280 for the purpose of clearing the corner to improve line of sight for motorists (Beierle)

5. Discussion and/or action regarding approval to utilize county manpower and equipment on the private property of Paulette Lander in the area of CR 223 for the purpose of clearing the curve to improve line of sight for motorists (Beierle)

6. Discussion and/or action for the approval to apply for a grant from State Homeland Security Program. Plans are to request funds purchase a Disaster Response Trailer (Oakley/Smith)

7. Discussion and/or action for the approval to apply for a grant from State Homeland Security Program. Plans are to request funds to equip the Regional Mobile Command Center (Oakley/Smith)

8. Discussion and/or action for the approval to apply for a grant from LCRA Community Development Partnership Program. Maximum $50,000 with 20%match. Project to include Constable handheld and vehicle radios as well as radios for the Regional Mobile Command Center (Oakley/Smith)

9. Discussion and/or action for the approval to accept a grant for $10,080 for the FY 19 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs (Oakley/Smith)

10. Discussion and/or action regarding the change of street name named J. Williams Dr. located in Lake Oaks Ranch subdivision to remedy mail delivery issues. Purposed street name is River Bend Ln. (911 Office)

11. Discussion and/or action concerning a Preliminary Plat for Mesquite Glen, a public subdivision consisting of two lots on 4.99 acres, located at 903 CR 274 (Beierle)

12. Discussion and/or action regarding the approval of JP #4 requesting $2,925.00 from the JP 4 Technology fund to purchase 1 REAPERSD VSR-20-975 CAMERA to be issued to the Constable of this court (Bindseil)

13. Discussion and/or action regarding the burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County (Oakley)

14. Discussion and/or action regarding converting open Road & Bridge Assistant Foreman position to Road & Bridge Tech (Luther)

15. Discussion and/or action regarding changing the regularly scheduled Commissoners Court date of February 11^th, 2020, to February 14^th, 2020 (Oakley)
