2. ratify signature with Vigilant Solutions service agreement to purchase two License Plate Readers through the FY 21 MVCPA Rapid Response Strikeforce grant. This grant pays 100% of the cost
3. Contract labor agreement with Ross Construction for roadway paving on CR 410A, to be funded by Pct. 4 R&B
