6. Discussion and/or action regarding accepting 400 feet of County Road Circle Drive out of the Camp Wyatt Subdivision to meet County Road 126 (Luther)
7. Discussion and/or action regarding the approval of the Precinct 4 road and bridge crew to utilize manpower and equipment to assist the Spicewood Community Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, in placing base material and asphalt purchased by the Spicewood Community Center, on the Community Center owned property. The Spicewood Community Center is a County voting center and these improvements would benefit all of the citizens of Burnet County therefore serving a public purpose (Dockery)

12. Discussion and/or action regarding the acceptance of Cash Bond Agreement CB-22-2-8 in the amount of $97,902.00 for road and drainage improvements in the Robison Ranch subdivision (Wall)
13. Discussion and/or action regarding the preliminary plat approval for Big Creek Ranch, Phase 2, a private subdivision consisting of 109 lots on 350.97 acres (Luther)
14. Discussion and/or action concerning any topics related to the COVID – 19 virus.
